For several years, my artistic research has focused on portraiture: on the possibility of going beyond the simple representation of a person, in order to explore the essence of the soul through new techniques and new visual languages, writing them as though they were ideograms.

The dialogue with those who choose to entrust me with a portrait is not simply the starting point for the creation of a unique work of art; it also contributes concretely to my ability to continue studying, experimenting, and deepening my exploration of portraiture.

I create artistic portraits using primarily classical techniques, including oil portraits on canvas, paper, or wood panel, watercolor portraits, pencil-drawn portraits, and mixed-media works on paper and canvas that combine painting, drawing, and collage elements.
Each portrait is an original, bespoke artwork created specifically for the client and designed to preserve its quality and beauty over time.
Can I request a custom portrait size?
Yes. In addition to standard dimensions, I create bespoke portrait paintings in custom sizes designed to suit your space and personal requirements.
How long does it take to complete a commissioned portrait?
Most portrait commissions are completed within one to five weeks after final approval. During busy periods, completion times may be slightly longer, but I will keep you informed throughout the process.

Can I see a sketch before the final portrait is painted?

Yes. I ship original portrait artworks throughout Italy and worldwide upon request. Each painting is professionally packaged and shipped using a tracked courier service.
Is the portrait signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity?
Every original portrait is signed and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. The signature can be placed on the front or discreetly on the reverse, depending on your preference.
Can I commission a portrait as a gift?
Absolutely. A custom portrait is a meaningful and memorable gift for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, retirements, and special occasions. Personalized gift vouchers are available in both digital and printed formats.

Who owns the portrait once it is completed?
The original artwork becomes the property of the client. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist in accordance with international copyright law. If you prefer your portrait not to be published or shared, simply let me know when placing your commission.
